Every registered company in Zambia must file annual returns with PACRA. Here is what you need to know:
Annual returns are a yearly filing that confirms your company details are up to date with PACRA.
Annual returns must be filed within 90 days of your company anniversary date (the date on your certificate).
Late filing attracts penalties. If you fail to file for two consecutive years, PACRA may deregister your company.
You can file online through the PACRA portal or visit their offices. The fee is approximately K200.
